There are four types of membership in Ikala STEM:

​

1. Active and permanent member, any Malagasy female student or having studied in the field of STEM  and research, resident or not in Madagascar, render services to the association, and could be appointed to be part of the board members. This membership type is under recommendation or by selection only.  Should you wish to become a permanent member, you first need to apply for an “active and simple membership”, but your application will still be taken into consideration.
    

2. Active and simple member, any Malagasy female student or having studied in the field of sciences and research, resident or not in Madagascar, render services to the association in all its activities.
    

3. Friend of Ikala STEM, after consulting the board members, anyone regardless of gender aged above 18 years old, resident or not in Madagascar, giving advice, help and orientation to the accomplishment of the objectives of the association.
    

4. Benefactor member, after consulting the board members, anyone regardless of gender and nationality, whether resident or not in Madagascar, providing materials and/or financial assistance for the accomplishment of the objectives of the association.
